Philip readme add missing file

Hej Sylvain,

I went through the metadata again and I changed a few things: Added phyloseq_objects.rds that was missing in the file description. Is this correct? I changed veg_cover_19_incl_ctls.txt to veg_cover_18_incl_ctls.txt as in the data.

In the data/raw_internal folder you describe a 16S folder with files in it. I was not able to find this folder. Would it be possible for you to upload these files or do you want to remove it from the file description.

We changed the format of the file description. Just let us know if you like it or if you would prefer the one you originally uploaded we then can just delete the one you do not like.

If you agree with the changes I did here then you can just merge to the main branch.
